Ownership & Rights

When you own a Cute Mountains NFT, you hold commercial rights to the specific mountain artwork tied to that token. This means you can use your NFT’s image for commercial purposes, including merchandise, branding, and media projects.

What You Can Do

  • Print your mountain on merchandise (T-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.)
  • Use it in branding or marketing materials for your own projects
  • Include it in media projects, videos, or digital content
  • Display and showcase your mountain anywhere you like

Transfer of Rights

Commercial rights are tied to token ownership. If you sell or transfer your NFT, the commercial rights to that specific artwork transfer with it to the new owner. You would no longer hold the rights to use that artwork commercially after transfer.

Brand Protection

The Cute Mountains brand name and the CamSam logo remain the property of the Cute Mountains project. While you can freely use your individual mountain artwork, you may not use the Cute Mountains brand name or CamSam logo in a way that implies official endorsement or affiliation with the project.

In Simple Terms

Your mountain, your rules. Use the artwork however you like commercially. Just don’t pretend to be the official Cute Mountains project, and remember that the rights follow the token — if you sell it, the rights go with it.
